Why MyStaff.work exists.

And why we want to create a foundation for social responsibility.

A manifesto for a responsible transition to the age of artificial labor

1. We are entering an irreversible transformation

Artificial intelligence is not just another tool.
It is not software that improves human work.

It is a technology that can replace cognitive labor in a general way.

We can debate the timeline.
We can debate the percentages.

But we can no longer debate the direction.

The process has begun.

Ignoring it would be irresponsible.
Artificially slowing it down would be ineffective.

Facing it without guidance would be dangerous.

2. We are not building a machine against humanity

We are building a system that frees humans from the role of machines.

For centuries we have treated the human mind as:

  • a productive tool
  • an economic cog
  • a resource to optimize

This was necessary in a world of scarcity.
But it is not morally desirable as a permanent destiny.

If machines can produce,
human beings should no longer be reduced to production.

3. The real question is not "if", but "how"

The replacement of part of human labor will happen.
With or without us.

With or without regulation.

With or without responsibility.

The choice is simple:

let the change be driven solely by profit
or

take responsibility for governing it politically and socially.

We choose the second path.

4. No innovation is neutral

If AI increases productivity,
it must also increase social protection.

If machines generate value,
that value cannot be concentrated in a few hands.

This is why we commit to:

  • Promoting fair taxation of autonomous AI-based productive activities.
  • Stimulating a serious and informed political debate on the redistribution of automation benefits.
  • Allocating a structural share of MyStaff.work profits to a protection fund to support the transition of affected workers.

This is not charity.
It is systemic responsibility.

5. The transition must be solidary

Every technological revolution has produced winners and losers.
This can be the first one where we consciously choose to leave no one behind.

Our vision is clear:

  • accessible continuous education
  • temporary economic support
  • redistribution of value created by automation
  • experimentation with new models of income and social participation

We do not defend work as an end in itself.
We defend human dignity.

6. Beyond work

We imagine a future where:

  • work is not a survival obligation
  • the mind is not exploited as a machine
  • productivity does not define a person's worth

A future where human beings can dedicate themselves to:

  • relationships
  • care
  • knowledge
  • free creativity
  • community

If machines can work,
humans can finally choose.

7. A public responsibility

We do not believe that a few private companies should decide the future of the species.

This is why we promote:

  • transparency on the impacts of AI
  • dialogue with institutions and social partners
  • collaboration with universities and research centers
  • democratic pressure toward adequate regulations

Change is inevitable.
The way it happens is not.

8. We do not promise utopias

The transition will be complex.
There will be tensions.

There will be mistakes.

But the greatest risk is not innovating.

The greatest risk is doing it without conscience.

9. Our position

We are not against those who work.
We are not against work itself.

We are not against the dignity of human effort.

We are against a system where working is the only way to have the right to exist.

We are for a world where a person's value does not depend on their productivity.

We are for a future where work is a choice, not a condition.

We are for a society where survival is not a contractual clause.

If machines can produce,
human beings can finally choose how to contribute.
